Terms & Conditions
Know How Do Training System
1. Who We Are and What's Covered
These Terms are between you and Gmaids, LLC ("Company"), owner of the Know How Do training system created by Karen La Spina.
"Know How Do" means the full system for hiring, onboarding and training cleaning teams remotely, including CleanCycle (the 12-step Prep / Purify / Impress process) and all videos, guides, checklists, diagrams, templates, scripts and methods shared with you, written or not ("Materials").
2. Ownership
The Company owns Know How Do and all Materials, which are protected by copyright, trademark and trade secret law.
"Know How Do," "CleanCycle," the CleanCycle wheel and "Prep, Purify, Impress" are trademarks of Gmaids, LLC and may not be used in any business name, product, domain, social handle or ad.
Signing up gives you a license to use them, not ownership.
3. Your License
While your account is active, you may use Know How Do only to hire, onboard and train your own employees and contractors at your licensed location.
This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable.
4. What You May Not Do
You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
- Copy, record, screenshot, post or share the Materials outside your business. Printed checklists for your own team are allowed.
- Recreate, modify or translate any part of Know How Do, including the CleanCycle wheel or steps.
- Create or teach a competing or similar training system, course or SOP based on it.
- Share your login, or use the Materials to train AI tools.
5. Confidentiality and Your Team
The Materials are confidential trade secrets. Keep them confidential during and after your access.
You are responsible for your employees and contractors, and any breach by them counts as yours.
6. Termination and Remedies
The Company may end your access if you breach these Terms.
When access ends, stop using Know How Do and delete all Materials within 7 days.
The Company may seek a court order to stop misuse, plus damages and reasonable attorneys' fees.
7. General
Know How Do is provided "as is," and you remain responsible for your own business, staff and safety.
The Company's liability is limited to what you paid in the prior 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with disputes heard in Dallas County, Texas.
The Company may update these Terms by posting a new version.
